2026 Registration Information and Form
This year, the available instrument options are violin, viola, cello, bass, and piano. Registrants are recommended to be between the ages of 8-18 and have at least one year of experience (lessons or school orchestra). All students will be given music at the appropriate level ahead of time to prepare before the start of the clinic. Please contact us if you have questions.

2026 Early bird Tuition
$210, price increases to $235 after April 1
Deadline: May 1, T-shirt guaranteed
After registering, an invoice will be sent with instructions to pay by check. Music will be emailed in mid-May after receiving payment.
Working scholarships may be available! Contact us [email protected] for more information.
Digital piano lending scholarship may be available! We offer a $50 tuition scholarship if you are able to let us use your digital piano for the week. It must be in good working order, have 88 keys, and a sustain pedal. Keyboards must be brought to the facility on Sunday afternoon/evening before the Clinic and be taken home after the recital on Friday afternoon. Contact [email protected] to ask if your keyboard qualifies.

Monday-Wednesday: 9:00am-12:00pm
Thursday: 9:00am-2:00pm (Elective recital at 1:00pm, please bring a sack lunch)
Friday: 9:00am-12:30pm (Final performance at 11:00am)

Invite a friend that has NEVER attended HOI clinic, and you BOTH receive a $25 credit after your friend registers! Here’s how it works: - Refer a friend who’s NEVER attended HOISMC. Tell them to fill in your name when they answer the registration questions, “Did someone refer you? If so, who?” Your friend will receive $25 off their registration, and after their tuition is paid, you’ll receive a $25 credit. If you’ve already paid, you’ll receive a $25 check. Best of all: there’s NO LIMIT to how many credits you can receive for your new student referrals that are accompanied by NEW registrations! We can’t wait to meet your friends!! ***New students may only be referred ONCE and are eligible to receive ONE $25 credit.
